Membership plans offered through UBSBC, are considered to be risky purchases. The Statistics show that a high percentage of start-ups and early-stage businesses fail. By becoming a member of UBSBC start-up projects, you risk losing the entire amount paid for your membership. You may never be able to sell the membership. Memberships offered have not been reviewed or approved in any way by any securities regulator. By accessing UBSBC, its products and services, you consent to, and agree to be bound by UBSBC’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. UBSBC is a Start-up business portal and is a registered Federal Canadian corporation. UBSBC projects are all owned and operated by the company, and not any other 3rd party. There are no 3rd party fees paid from the membership fees for the UBSBC projects, except processing and compensation fees.

All information and content on UBSBC or provided by UBSBC and any third-parties using UBSBC, is protected under the copyright laws and conventions of Canada and other countries, and shall not be copied, reproduced, or republished, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of the owner of such copyrights.
All content, information and intellectual property rights in or on UBSBC, including but not limited to any software, products and services offered by UBSBC are owned by or licensed to UBSBC Inc. and may not be distributed, displayed, modified, reproduced, licensed, leased, sold, transmitted, transferred, published, copied, rented, decompiled, disassembled, or used in any other way for commercial or public purposes without the express written consent of UBSBC Inc.
Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information provided by you to UBSBC shall become the sole property of UBSBC Inc. and may be used for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without consent or compensation to you, subject to any restrictions imposed by Canadian and provincial privacy laws.

UBSBC grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use UBSBC and any information provided to you for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of UBSBC, and information contained therein, is strictly prohibited. UBSBC reserves the right to deny any user access to the information and services provided, without notice, in the event of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use, of UBSBC.
