UBSBC Foundation Non-Exclusionary Policy

UBSBC Foundation is committed to ensuring that all individuals and communities have equitable access to our programs, services, and initiatives. We do not exclude anyone from participation on the basis of their identity, background, or personal circumstances.

Our foundation welcomes people of every race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital or family status, national or ethnic origin, socioeconomic status, or any other status protected by law.

We recognize that barriers to participation exist in society, and we are dedicated to removing these barriers wherever possible. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels included, respected, and supported in accessing opportunities that foster community growth and well-being.

This policy applies to all UBSBC Foundation programs, partnerships, employment practices, volunteer opportunities, and community engagements.
