It’s time for private Healthcare and Private Hospitals. UBSBC is a holding company: Sovereign Baank, United Medical Health, United Housing, United Farming, and more to come. Your membership fee supports the growth of United Medical Health, and all the other community-based health projects, so the more you invest, the more you are helping reshape your community and other communities across Canada.  As a shareholder, you will also get an opportunity to earn dividends (between 4% to 18%).  As a member, you become a shareholder with the ability to vote on new developments and get access to shareholder-only meetings.  A membership Shares certificate will be emailed within 7 to 10 days, along with the membership agreement.

The Company has taken steps to mitigate risk. Our member’s investment will be secured in hard assets, such as medical equipment, land, and health funds.
